Commercial Design
- Interview:
Every project begins with an interview to determine the scope of the project. Once the scope and design concept is determined, the design process begins. - Contract:
Submitted for the project with detail specifications and budget. - Schematic:
On site measurements converted to preliminary floor plans, elevations and other sketched drawings. - Conceptual Design:
Design options presented, sketches, color schemes, fabrics and finishes for clients review and approval. - Design Development:
Upon approval of all Conceptual Design finishes, plans, furniture layouts, and all other compliances, codes and regulations pertaining to the project FF&E specifications are finalized and budgets completed. - Final Design Review:
Client is presented with all details of the project for approval. - Proposals and Contracts:
Contracts and/or furnishing proposals presented to the client for consent. Receipt of client’s signed contracts, as well as deposits, means the project gets started. - Design, Execution, and Project Management:
All specifications are finalized for contractors.
Purchased orders are issued.
Project Management begins and all questions that arise during this course of the project are addressed. - Installation:
Designer and team is onsite for the installation of furnishings.
